Students who enroll in Unit 2 Advanced Principles have typically completed the Unit 1 Pre-Licensing Course. During this 30 hour course set, students will learn concepts of the real estate professional’s practice for real-life application in the business. Concepts discussed during these sessions will only be typical simulated practices, however, professional practices vary depending on rules set forth by your future Broker-In-Charge. PLEASE NOTE:  There is will no class on Monday, September 1, 2025 in honor of Labor Day.
