Perpetual Real Estate School of South Carolina is a licensed real estate course provider through the SC Real Estate Commission. Our approach to real estate education is providing enrolled students with a current and applicable set of teaching standards that bridge fundamentals with the practice of real estate representation. Our classes are facilitated by licensed brokers with more than ten years of experience in the business. PRESSC currently offers pre-licensing, advanced principles, and continuing education courses. It is our duty to prepare our students for a successful career in real estate and providing MCE courses for maintaining licensing credentials. Classes are currently available in Anderson, Greenville, and Spartanburg (Schedules and registration available online or by calling). All students receive quality instruction and study resources for mastery of content.
