Topics of discussion include: Property Law, Agency, Contract Law, Appraisals, Representation, Financing, Consumer Protection Statutes, Ethics, and so much more! Students will leave with an in-depth knowledge of realty concepts that can used in practice. Our class content has been approved by the SC Real Estate Commission and combines discussions, group projects, visual presentations, and case studies to deepen the content knowledge. Students walk way with concepts for real-life application.

This seventeen session course is our most popular course offering and is limited to a maximum of 25 students per class.
