This course can only be taken after a student has successfully completed Unit-1 Pre-Licensing. Upon completion, the student is eligible to receive an active license to work under a Broker-In-Charge. Our class content has been approved by the SC Real Estate Commission and combines discussions, group projects, visual presentations, and case studies to deepen the content knowledge. Students walk way with concepts for real-life application.
During this 30hr course, topics of discussion include:

- Investing & Taxes
- Ethics
- Measurements & Valuations
Advanced Principles is limited to a maximum of 35 students per class. Be one of the first enrolled students in our next Unit 2 AP Course.
